Admission

Asian Evangelical Bible Seminary welcomes applications from any spiritually and academically qualified person regardless of race. Each applicant applying for admission to AEBS shall give evidence of the experience of the new birth. His/her character shall conform to the Christian life standards of the Scripture. There must be a definite commitment to the will of God and a set purpose to minister as a servant of Jesus Christ.

If you desire to enroll in the College, the following documents should be sent to the AMC (Asian Mission College) Registrar:

  • Photocopy of your transcript of school record.
  • A Church Recommendation from Pastor.
  • Two ID pictures.
  • A statement of your conversion, church involvement, and call to ministry.

How to Apply

Admissions are accepted on a rolling basis — there is no fixed application deadline. Send the documents above, along with your name and contact details, to:

All students are required to clear up their fees before the 15th of each month. A late fine of Rs. 50 (for one day) will be charged if the students do not clear up their fees within the due dates. Students who fail to pay within the due date because of financial problems should write an application and submit it to the office. The students can also pay their fees on an installment basis.

Identity Card

The student has to pay an amount of Rs. 200 for his/her college identity card. If a student wants to make a new identity card (in case of losing), a payment of Rs. 100 has to be made.

Uniform

It is mandatory for every student to wear the college uniform to class. The student can avail the uniform by paying the required amount of Rs. 2,000.

Notes and Handouts

Each concerned teacher will give course notes and handouts for the respective courses. It is mandatory for each student to make a photocopy/Xerox of the notes and handouts for each class.

Retake Examination Fees

If a student fails in any subject, a retake exam for the failed subject must be conducted. The student has to pay a retake exam fee of Rs. 200.

Graduation Fee

The final year students have to pay a graduation fee at the end of their course. The graduation fee for B.Th. students is Rs. 1,000; and for the M.Div. students Rs. 1,500.

Work Scholarship Students

Students who are negligent or unfaithful in doing their assigned work and duties will lose the benefit of the scholarship and may be asked to discontinue their course.
